All My Life
Dramatizes the entirety of the real life relationship between Solomon Chau and Jennifer Carter. They met by chance in each, being within a group of three friends apiece, in a sports bar with Sol and his friends approaching Jenn and her friends in a pickup, with Sol and Jenn initially somewhat the least invested of the six in the approach. But he was able to win her over in the charm that was his uncharming attempt at being charming. The practical one and the one to come up with practicalities to make dreams happen, respectively, Sol worked in digital marketing, a job he hated, with Jenn always encouraging him to follow his dream to become a chef, his biggest hesitance in being untrained. But their life took a turn when he was diagnosed with liver cancer. The initially good prognosis changed when the cancer started to return after treatment, the prognosis then terminal. With what was their planned wedding in the near distant future no longer a possibility in they needing to focus on Sol with he not having the energy, their friends decided to give them their wanted wedding in three weeks, in part through crowd sourcing to pay for it. While their dream was to make the most of what little time they had left together which may have included this wedding, the effects of treatment physically and thus emotionally on Sol was an unseen factor in what happened.
