In the wake of the killing of George Floyd in Minneapolis, massive "Black Lives Matter" protests break out across the United States, and in Portland, Oregon these carry on for months as non-violent vigils until unidentified, unmarked government "agents" and equipment begin to appear on Portland's streets, increasing the tensions between protesters, City, County, and State governments, and the Federal Government, led by the Department of Justice and Trump Administration.
